The Managing Principal's experience spans a 20+ year career as an investment banker advising leading private equity firms and companies on capital solutions, including M&A, capital-raising, and financing. He comes from a first generation entrepreneur family and from early on was engaged in key business decisions for his father's business. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA charterholder.
